Hi all,
Asked the question about name changes to the solicitor (second one) and they reckon its pointless because reporters can still use the name and just add am alias to it, as hus name will still show on the arrest.
Is this true?

To what press do the courts send stuff to? Ei they pick up a special newspaper, only locals, etc?

I have a question and I know you offer really good advice x
We are looking at changing my sons surname once he has been sentanced so when he does eventually get released he will take on my maiden name would this be a good idea or is it to late?x

It's just when he comes home to have a chance at rebuilding his life, I know it wont change his prison record etc xx

Is it a straight forward process also would the forms have to be sent to him directly in prison? I did google but there are so many different answers x
