what charges have they said?
we are at the same point where we have been told they will be bringing charges but haven't had the letter yet. It's been a month now waiting for that letter.
I believe now charges will will made and a letter will come with a court date - usually about 4 weeks or so. Then solicitor will get all the evidence.

So they haven't said anything other than you're being charged with 3 counts of making... Literally no other info other than that ...
They originally wanted to charge him with distribution but that has evidently fallen through...
I think three counts makes it sound like the three catagories of ABC but I could be wrong...
