Hi guys , can I just ask everyone what time scale you are on /how long it took . I'm getting very sick of waiting now as I'm sure we all are . Just thought I'd see how long everyone has been waiting xxx

Knock - March 2021, charges - Dec 2021, Magistrates (not guilty plea) - Jan 2022, Crown (not guilty plea) Feb 2022 and due to the prosecution not having actual evidence to prove my partner is in any way guilty they have imposed a time frame for the prosecution to sort out their evidence. We have a meeting with the solicitor on Friday to sort out what happens next. It's an absolute joke the amount of waiting this entails!!

T2021 you ahve been waiting since 2020 that's crazy . I have been waiting since end of July and I can't wait anymore my life's on hold my mind is scrambled. At first they said it will be 6 weeks then it would take months then defo will be delt with before my babys due . And here I am baby on lap still waiting . I can't take the financial mess anymore . We don't have changes yet ect so god noe shoe long it will be when given a court date ect . Thank you for all your replies :) xx

Crazy isn't it? Will be two years soon. Seems like a different lifetime ago. It's a communication offence, was bailed with restrictions for 15 months and now RUI with no restrictions.
We got knock end Oct 21 and have just had call to go back in for a "chat".

Knock June 2021, crown court Feb, March sentencing cancelled, moved to May.
Knock November 21. I emailed the OIC about how my life was falling to bits etc and I needed to sort Xmas out. She pushed us to the front of the queue so to speak and had devices checked within a month. 2nd interview January, charges March, magistrates June. it feels like hell and feels like forever, then I see some of you poor ladies have been waiting years :(

Knock May 2021, devises checked Jan 2022, Charges agreed by CPS March 2021 - still awaiting charges to be bought and court date.
It's ridiculous it's been a month since we knew CPS had agreed and still waiting. Even our social worker has been pushing police as annoyed we are waiting.
upside, looks like I'll have finished maternity leave by the time anything major happens!!!

28th October 2020 the court 4th Feb 2021 h then got 15 months in prison served 7 months,, out did probation finish June 22, we are on safety plan ss don't even see him outside of the meeting,, we been to plo and back all in two years all this on publication of obsense article. I known others take years,,

Knock happened June 2020..... 23 months on and still waiting for sentencing.... been on the warned list for what seems forever.
Wanrlt it over now, but at the same time I don't want the day to come (sounds stupid I know) as I am so afraid of people finding out. It makes me sick with worry.
