Hiya Lee.

Yes he will be saying guilty at the court and.been told by yourselves and lovely ladies it's about a 10 minute case.

When does he have to disclose his bank details and electric devices ?

Sorry for the questions xx

Hiya Lee.

Yes we have moved now to a different part of the country far away from the arresting house.

So the aresting officer has told us two police stations to visit the next day.

So when he gets home we have to make a list of what to get bank wise etc and mobile phone.

Thank you xx

Ok thank you for that lee. Will do that ?

Q. Does he only have to list the devices that link upto the net and not others in the household. Ie only the ones he uses ?

So basically he only has access.to his phone and the main smart tv. But nobody else's in the house. So he would only say his ?

My son attended magistrates today pleaded guilty been charged with 4 cat A 1 cat B making(downloading) possession and distribution but that had no catagory so marked it as a cat C
2 of the magistrates wanted to deal with it there and then because they felt the sentence they were going to give could be dealt with there the Third magistrate was having non of it and had a heated discussion at the bench before announcing they were going to retire to discuss it on there return they have now sent it to the crown court in 4 weeks time

immediately after court we went straight to the police station and registered on the SOR only gave basic details name address D.O.B

we asked if they needed anything else they said no not for the moment and someone will be in touch in the next couple of weeks I asked for a print off to prove we have been there but they said don't provide that in case you lose it and gets into the wrong hands but they did give us there name and badge number and a reference number for the register

Why do they need your bank details.

Is it to prove that no dodgie stuff going on etc ?

He's on making (possession) for three counts...

We've not gotten the catagories yet but I think it's gonna be A, B and C ...

Your case is very similar to mine ... It's also in for magistrates in about two weeks...
