SHPO for iioc

Just wondering what sorts of things can we expect on SHPO for charges of making iioc, could it be just online restrictions or is it likely to be no contact with any u18s etc as well?
In theory the restrictions should reflect the offending, but some on here (including my partner) have no contact clauses despite online only offending.
It would be worth questioning any clauses that seem unsuitable/ unrelated. But unless the solicitor is any good it might not be considered. My partner asked for it to be removed but was told he would have to appeal it another time.

We saw a draft of the SHPO before court and it had restrictions about children on there, our barrister told them it was not proportionate to the crime and argued it. They sent a revised one through the morning if court and it had online restrictions only on it.
GZ I wish my partner's barrister did this. They were useless. Will now cost my partner extra money to see if we can get it removed. Also looking to reduce it to 5 years but we will be happy with just the contact clause to be removed at the very least
I emailed the arresting officer about the shpo and she said she would only speak to hubby.
Hubby called her and said it was only gonna be internet devices and nothing else. But it's up to the judge on if they add more to it.
If it's anything else we will contest it

Hi Chelsea, is it the oic who drafts the SHPO? Do you think it's worth me/him emailing her and asking if it'll be internet based or contact based as it is going to matter for his job? X
I wouldn't even know about this if it wasn't for this forum! Internet only v contact based makes all the difference x
