do magistrates inform work about charges ?

Sothing is playing on my mind - hubby has recived charges, have seen that the paperwork askes for work address etc.... he has a new job and works from home.

Could it papers relating to legal aid ?. Might be why they need a work addres?

It's relating to Legal Aid, I also felt worried about filling those in as I could imagine the OIC calling my partner's new employer just to be a **** but they don't get to see that. My partner has entered his not guilty plea and his employer are none the wiser. He doesn't work with anybody under 18, I don't even think the company employ under 18's so we're hoping to fly under the radar with it completely.

Inbthe same predicament... Legal aid papers need filling out and I don't really want to pop my employer details on there...
