Still suffering

Hi
havent posted for a while, still grieving.
My son's sentencing was September but nothing is getting easier. He lost his part time job , doesn't go out.
if we go shopping he's constantly on guard incase he sees anyone that knows him.
my mum was my rock through everything, she passed away suddenly in October and I'm struggling so much to keep going .
my wo has been ok but now pushing me to take on more red. I'm treading water keeping him as upbeat as possible. Social work don't seem to be doing much to help in moving forward with jobs etc just seems a weekly tick box .
Don't see the light at the end of this

Dear Sadmum53
I'm so sorry your mum left you in October, suddenly too, that's hard to take without having additional pressures in your life. Life is a tough journey as we know.
There is light at the end of the tunnel, you just don't see it as emotionally you are not in the right place. Please take some time for yourself and seek some counselling for your grief maybe? I only say this as my mum passed the same and I have found it a huge struggle myself. Just want you to know you're not alone. Be strong xx

So sorry Sadmum x coping with what's happening to your son is surely enough then to loose your mum - bless you. I agree perhaps explore councilling - could perhaps give you some balance. X
