Hiya ladies.

Well that's that part out of the way.

His soliceter tried to get it all done today at magistrates but to no avail.

Something to do with extreme images.

It was in early. Pleas guilty and that was that.

All options are open the judge said which put the frightens in him.

Sign the SOR tomorrow.

Thank God no media xx

Well done for today Chelsea. Next step is probation call and crown court and then it's all nearly over.

Try not to hang on what the judge says, they say that in every case (lord knows I read enough and working as a journalist I've sat in on a lot too!). It's the same with sending someone out on bail, they remind them that just because they're free now doesn't mean they're going to walk free at the next court appearance.

Plus see it this way, if all court options are open then community order and suspended sentence are still there too. X

Thank you Pregnantandscared.

The only thing that worries me and hubby is that there is 8x charges and that what he thinks is the worse.

I think we where holding out for a community order but now looking at a suspended sentence.

Chelsea I thought they dropped two of the charges from the original 8 he received? Have they suddenly put two back on?

Hiya Jayjay.

i didn't go in with him. His soliceter went through with him what was to happen very forative.

He is ok. Bit shaken but ok thank you.

We checked the place out a hour before and became quite early on no media.

Just be calm. Deep breaths and u will ok.

Glad it is soon to be honest.

The number of charges can seem scary but part of the sentencing guidelines is the totality clause, so they look at how all the charges are linked eg. If he downloaded a huge folder then it could have all three categories so there would be three charges.

My partner had seven charges - including three incitement charges on three separate occasions but all within the one decoy conversation across a month. We got 18 months suspended across two years when we went to crown court on Friday.

Prosecution will always read the worst. It's their job to prosecute you and prove why there is a case at all, but then defence can stand up and say the mitigating reasons as well as all the work your partner has done.

We were told custody was inevitable and the prosecution were pushing for six years at one point. It came down and we got suspended sentence so have faith and hope x

Hiya Daffodil.

Yes that's the impression I got from it.

He is only being charged with possision and no distribution or meets. Just possision.

So yes just worked that out.
