I'm hoping that they can also sentence him as well given that it's 3 images and 3 charges, two Cat C and a single B... It shouldn't need to go to Crown court for that insignificant amount ...
We asked the solicitors about a caution and they bluntly said nope it's gone past that stage now...
Which I personally think is ridiculous...
