Does his SHPO say he can't contact any other under 18?
if it doesn't then it might just be that he would need to notify the police of his XBox and allow it to be checked as and when.
I know little about gaming but could he play the game without playing against other real life players? It's one way to eliminate any concern x

It may be worth asking your legal rep to check that prior to his sentencing just to make sure he doesn't breach any conditions. They produced my husbands SHPO on the day of sentencing. (Believe it or not they nearly forgot to include it and it was an afterthought by the prosecution just before the judge adjourned to consider the sentence). Xx

I'd feel unsure my son having any devices, they all got him into a whole lot of trouble! When he gets a mobile phone best - no camera OR internet, if there's such a thing!
