I just finished my 5 week inform course with the LFF foundation
I wasnt sure what to expect but it has been so good just to talk to others on this journey but different cases
I would highly recommend this to anyone starting out on this journey.
It may seem a bit daunting but honestly it offers you another support mechanism
I would definitely say do it xx

do you mind me asking was the course online? Is it like on teams or zoom? And how long per session was it? Do you have to pay for this course?

The course is done via Zoom and is totally confidential and offers so much support for people starting out on this journey
Before you get accepted you have a one to one with one of the qualified therapists from LFF this does have a cost about £80 but again worthwhile
Once on the course each group session is 2 hrs 15 mins
And you get to meet other people on the journey x small groups plus the ladies hosting the course xx

Unfortunately it is the main number you call honesty keep trying you will get through x
They have a chat line also if you look on the main stop it now website
With increasing cases every day, week, month they only have so many people answering calls so it does cause delays x
It's not reassuring but keep trying the helpline I used to call about 10 - 11 am xx
