Hi, does anyone know how my son can find out details of the SHPO with regards to his father. He is on the register for 10 years but he wants more information about what the SHPO entails. Will the restrictions be unique to the offender and the offence he was charged with. Thank you
Hi yes they are unique to the offence committed. My daughters dads shpo Is purely restrictions around using the Internet as his offence was committed online. They are things like not to delete anything of his phone. To install things capable of recording his activity on his phone if this is requested. If he uses social media he must give his username and password to the police. Others shpo will be differ depending on the offence committed. Hope this helps x
