Hello everyone. It's coming up to 18 months since the knock and I was wondering how long everyone else has been waiting? Comms with decoy and iioc on mobile, rui with no bail conditions. He denies everything. Limbo is not the worst place to be but starting to feel something is going to happen soon and anxiety is rising again. CS closed case with him having only supervised access. Kids wondering what is going on now and asking more in depth questions as they head towards their teens. Worry about the impact on them, none of this is their fault and its not fair that they have this uncertainty in their lives.

We got the knock june last year and were the same. Rui with no bail conditions. Supervised access and SS closed case in October.
The report on his devices came back last month so he was arrested again and now back under bail conditions and back under SS. Waiting for charges.
Its so frustrating isn't it. Always waiting for tye next step the something happens and you are back waiting.

Had the laptop back which was clear but still waiting on the mobiles. It's better this way as life goes on in a new normal but it's like a cloud always hovering over head.

*Raises hand* - I am also in the same boat, we are coming up to a year since my partner was released under investigation for accessing IIOC. We've received no update from the police since February, saying that the phones were still being checked despite them being sent off in September 2021. I do struggle to understand why some cases progress much quicker than others.
I have made limbo my new normal, but often feel my anxiety spike as we approach every six month milestone. What part of the country are you? I'm in Wales. X

We are nw. They told us it would be 8 months then 12 but was 10 months when they got checked.

It took 24 months in total to get to Crown Court which was last Friday (13th of all days)
The waiting is torture. Fingers crossed you don't have to wait much longer xx

The process is exhausting isn't it? Although limbo is ok, I do hope we'll hear something soon. For better or worse, it would just be nice to move forward.
