Had probation call today.

Hello ladies.
So hubby had the Probation phone call today. We had it on speaker phone so I could take notes etc or anything that wasn't right in the phone call.
The phone call covered everything and I mean everything. From death how that affected him , our sex life, what drew him to illegal stuff and other stuff. To much to mention.
Much admit lovely lady on the phone and took there time and honest answers via hubby.
So because Magistrates said it was a open verdict she stessed that any outcome was possiable.
He took a deep breath to ask if does Probation go along with the judges and she said 99% of the time.
So probation are putting it to the judges etc that it should be a community order with attachments, unpaid work with meets and work placement meetings.
We shall see. Lots of love xx

My son had exactly the same call off probation yesterday very in-depth conversation covering all angles from child hood to present day he will be 19 next week and the probation officer couldn't get it into her head that he doesn't drink alcohol she tried to say he doesn't drink it cos it gives him sexual tendencies which it doesn't he just doesn't like it as most kids from that generation are more interested in fitness we have a meeting with his barrister tomorrow and the crown on Monday

Thank you hun. Yes was a positive phone call and like I said he was honest and I still going for a suspended sentence and not community order.
We shall see.

Sounds really positive. My hubby has magistrates on Thursday. When was your magistrates and when in sentencing? Just to get an idea as to when the call will be. Also was the call scheduled or did they randomly call? Hubby is still working at the moment and so we will need to fit it around then.

Hubby had magistrates on 3 May 22, then signed on SOR the next day. Visor team 2 days later and then 17 May 22 Probation call. Crown court 1 June 22.

Interesting your partner has had two calls... My partner had theirs this morning and it lasted only 45 minuets... He covered a massive amount of ground though from previous suxpa history and instances of what could be considered grooming by an older women to undiagnosed depression and therapy...
It was actually quite heart breaking to hear his previous grooming story and how it was a reflection on what he did to land him in this situation...Made my blood boil.
But the guy did speed him through it... He is also going to contact his current therapist and chat with her...

The first call last week was a fully open chat about the world and he's wife and what he done to get to this part and where he wants to go in the future etc.
This call was about inclusion and diversity, colour , sex you name it and what kind of job he did do and jobs he wants to do. But this call only lasted he 10 mins.

We are not to bad thank you. Hubby on a bit of a downer at the moment thinking about prison but I keep on saying come on.
How's boy wonder coping my lovely ?
Yer the chat was about what work he did and what work he can do in the future and she even asked if he got community service what could he do. Well she did say she was putting it down on his papers for the judge. Got to mean something ?

Ahh its awful when they are on a downer but he has to try to keep his chin up (easier said than done) hopefully next week you will both know what the outcome will be and I have everything x for you both xx
My son is doing ok and he is more settled where he has been moved to than he ever was on remand so it keeps my anxiety at bay x
We have a long way to go but we will get through this x
We have a visit booked for this Sunday I havent seen him in 4 weeks since sentancing so a long awaited hug for him , it's just over a 2 hr drive bit visiting is for 2 hrs xx

My sons sentance is what it is , he did wrong and has to serve his time, however difficult it is but we will be there every step of the way, I wont go in to detail not because i am ashamed but because I know how much you would worry as said before not one single journey on here has the same outcome no matter what out loved ones have done x
You have to focus on you and next week you will hopefully know what you have to deal with xxx

They came around about 2 days after hubby signed the SOR. There just wanted a chat and nothing else.
The next time we see them will be after sentencing and then give his device details.
