For us it was 19 months from knock to sentencing. I think it depends where I'm the country you are how quickly they act. Hoping you get some resolution soon xx

I am now 38 months from the knock and still awaiting the crown court trial.

From what I've read or can gather the south seems to take a bit longer but it does depend on the allegations and evidence we we're told 4 to 6 months but they said could be longer if more important things come in so basically no idea . They told are family member they could ring for updates but said they probably wouldn't know anything anyway ...nightmare
