I was just thinking - how many 1st time offenders gets a custodial sentance for commuication ?
What about 1st time offenders with only Possession but has done work with modules and coucelleling.

Hubby had his Probstion interview and the magistrates have declared it as a open verdict.
Probation and our barrister have said between community service and a suspended sentence.
Have looked at a lot of cases online etc where nobody done nothing in behaviour issues but with 1,000 of images and got the above.
