I feel for everyone on here all the stories are so sad a mostly due too people just being a little nieve not meaning any harm to anyone...but please remember all the police want is a conviction and they will use everything in there locker too get it even if it's slightly underhand they will even come across as your friend too get what they want....one shady conversation or one doggy photo on your computer or device they will have you these days...all to hit there targets that's what it's all about nowadays

That is helpful as I would therefore qualify once he is released. Based on what I heard at court, and children affected directly I want to get the documents sooner than later to be organised

I was told by offender manger that a Sarah's law request would only tell me what he'd been convicted of. As far as I'm aware the closest you'd get is if you had full disclosure as ss also only get told bits too. CPS will probably have read out the "worst" bits as like already said they have to secure convictions. Sorry I can't be more helpful xx

Ohh of course a transcript. Thanks lee. Another avenue and I need the notes as the judge said something which I think is important to another issue. I made my notes but I want the exact wording.

I would really like to get hold of my son's too, I'm not sure he's been truly honest and I would know abit better about what I'm dealing with him and the sentence.
But I can tell you this ..his solicitor said he could have it? He said he won't send it by post, I believe I will never see it to be honest.
