So my son was in court for sentencing today 4 class A 1 class B and distribution of 1 class C sentence was give on class A other charges were not included as cat A was highest sentence his sentence was 6 months suspended for 18 months 120 hours community service and sessions on the horizon course he was very lucky Sor and shpo for 7 years restictions all internet based and no social media

Yes it's been along 10 months just need to try and put our minds else where now and try and move on supervising officer round tomorrow to go through shpo but there's no changes from when the draft was drawn up and probation meeting on Thursday but also judge said he had to resign the SOR at police station again even tho it's already been done as did the barrister and solicitor

so rang and spoke to supervising officer she said no need cos already done explained what judge said and she said do it just to put mind a rest which we did but even officer in police station couldn't understand why but done it anyway

Thanks everyone and I don't know what I would of done without all the information and advice I have read and received on this forum as it seems you are all mostly mums and wives I felt a bit like the odd one out being a dad but the advice was much appreciated we have just been out for tea for the first time as a family since the knock let's try and get back to some sort of normal thanks again and good luck to you all xx
