Hi guys I bet your all sick of me and my 1000 questions. Partner just had an email to attend a second police interview it's voluntary apparently. Dose this mean we're getting closer to the end ?

Found somthing else :( ? yea he's going with his solicitor . Police officer said in email she hasn't received the report yet but will this week then book the interview for the week after .What else can they find :(
Thank you :( god just when I thought it can't get any worse okay I'll let him know. The police contacted the solicitor by email first and the solicitor sent it to him. Ino ever case is difrent . But does this mean it's going to be over in the next few months xx
Definitely what others said, probably found something else, but just be careful, the day b4 my partners second interview his solicitor knew what the new evidence briefly was and he also got charges tgat day too, the new evidence was a pic he sent to me through watsap, it was a naked one they trued to put into charges but he wasn't even using watsap for chat and claims he dudnt use the photo in it, so solicitor contested it asked the police have they evidence the picture was part of the ghat, they said no comment. That was last November, still waiting on evidence. Barrister has put a claim in do they've gave us a court date for June, but she's doubtful it will happen.

it's not always that they've found 'something else', for us, the second interview was bcos they had finished checking his devices so could question/tell him on exactly what they had found, and that's when they told him the number of images and categories.
Whilst devastating that 1. They now had evidence and 2. We then knew what we were dealing with and there would defo be a charge, I actually felt better knowing that things were moving, and the charges COULD have been worse as I was thinking the worst all the time. It gave me a slight sense of hope that there is light at the end of the very long dark tunnel we see. Defo need solicitor and take in any questions he has. Good luck x

Thank you that's what I was thinking because she said we have the report back she will go through it ect . Because he's confessed to it all without them having the device so I was thinking it's kind of like this is what we have found ect which there's always a chance there is more ect he's forgot what was on there .
I'm hoping that now there's an interview at least we will be then onto the next steps of this shite because I'm struggling to continue .

Lee, Every case is different. My oh has never been arrested at all, both interviews voluntarily, had charges and we are in court next month. Giving my story, the same as you have, which will be different to yours. And like xxx has been told, our second interview was to go through the report and was told exactly what was found, which was better than what I expected.
