Just thought that I would do an update, my ex got 6 months custodial today, I went to court in the public gallery, pretty rough day. His life ruined if only he had got help.

So sorry to hear this Bereft, i hope you are ok. I went to public gallery, its pretty harrowing, my case got adjourned so back next month. You can prepare for the worse but i think that isnt enough for what you see and hear, let alone the outcome.

Hi Ladies
Thank you all for your support, I feel like I did on m the first day, for anyone who doesn't know my story, I found the memory stick and reported it to the police, so still feel guilty even though I couldn't do anything else. I thought he might get custodial but not 100% sure, hope he survives prison, not feeling good at the min. I think that I will call the helpline at some point.
