Hello everyone, hope everyone is well as they can be?
so my partner had a text message from the DC incharge of his case saying. I tried to call on a private number, the purpose of the call was to see how you are and arrange the return of 7items of your property. Please can you let me know when will be best for this week and what the current address is.
Is this normal? I'm worried this is a trick and will start asking questions when they arrive. Any one have any advice.

The OIC text me and seemingly text is ok, especially if they can't get through. I don't think it's a trick and when they do come there's no reason to say anything, I would keep your phone on record in your pocket for evidence just in case but if they are returning all evidence that is a good sign as nothing will have been found? Anything found (iioc) means the phone should be destroyed and anything else (conversations etc) would mean the phone would still need to be kept in case further forensics would be needed. If I was more switched on and knew more I would've always had my phone ready to record in my pocket whenever the door knocked, it's too late for me now but I still check out the window now before I open the door! Xx
