Hi all

Hubby had his PSR done today. Haven't got the official recommendation yet but it sounds like recommending a community order. The probation officer did say that if the judge thinks it is above the threshold then likely suspended if not. Obviously I'm not counting on this.
Prison bag is packed.
Hubby unfortunately is on the warned list. Which is so cruel. We will only find out 5pm the night before. He is on it from the 20th. I know we are nearly there now. But I just wish it would hurry up and be over.

I feel this overwhelming need to make every moment of our time together fun and ensure hubby is with our daughter as much as possible in case he goes away. But it's so much pressure.

Hoping it will all be over soon.

Hang in there, sending positive thoughts for community sentence.

We know how it feels being on the warned list. Fingers crossed he is not waiting too long x

Hi all

update.
Hubby was supposed to be on warmed list from Monday - he's been taken off the list and it will instead start from 4th July. So frustrating.

Hi

yea done Via phone. Was about 1 he 45 mins and basically hubby went through lots of stuff about his childhood and how the offending came about. They also asked lots of questions of him some being about his attitude to police and if he would be willing to do unpaid work as part of sentence. Hubby said it wasn't bad at all.
