I'm sorry you find yourself here. It comes as such a shock.
A, B and C are the categories with A being the most severe. The categories relate to what is happening in the image.
I'd really recommend picking up the phone and speak to someone at Lucy Faithful, it can be hard to get through, but keep trying and you will do. Telling your children must have been incredibly hard, so well done for doing that. It is all such a shock and something so hard to get out heads around, try not to make any big decisions now, but do look out for your own wellbeing as the journey ahead unfortunately will unlikely be short.

Hi Barb (from one granny to another).
We all feel your utter devastation, how we've all been there x. I am in my 60s and never thought my life would change the way it has due to my sons conviction resulting in a custodial sentence.
I just want to give you a hug and pass on my support. X

Barb, I remember the initial feeling so well. Although you are in shock at the minute it does ease over time. Just take one day at a time. You are not alone while you're on this forum xx
