When do you find out whether it was an image or a video?
I was initially told by SS that all were videos except 1 cat b... but now the charges are in the figures are far higher than I was initially told... but it doesn't say how many videos and how many still pictures?
I'm so confused by it all.

He has given his solicitor permission to speak to me (so he has said) but he also said that because he is getting legal aid it won't be that solicitor who he has for his plea hearing.
He said the current solicitor doesn't have anymore information other than what is included in the charge notice. He said they told him they didn't think it would be a custodial, maybe suspended at best.
I find it difficult to trust what he says, he was super cagey when I asked him to give his solicitor permission to speak to me and when I asked to see the charge notice. I don't think he wants me to know the full extent. (We have been separated for 5 years but have children together)

Lee, do you know if they will read out the details in court? At the plea or at sentencing?
Is that the same even though he is getting legal aid? He told me his current solicitor doesn't know anything and he will just have a random solicitor on the day. I feel like he's deliberately trying to make it hard for me to get any information and only telling me what he wants to.
He said he wouldn't be told anything extra to the charges until the day.

There is not enough emphasis put on the effects on the families and the lives of those around the offender. There is so much thought given to them and we are all just forgotten.
It is not right.
You don't come across as harsh at all. Having someone telling the truth is refreshing and so helpful in this world of fog!
