Hi all,

About 3m post knock and still waiting for evidence. My mind is a constant mess, too-ing and through-ing with opinions and different thoughts everyday.

I was wondering if anyone knew anywhere I could get weekly support? Like councolling type of support?

I was undergoing CBT for post partum depression but they felt a councolling option would be best for me now and advised I find somewhere for that ?

My cbt theropist this week said I'm 100% suffering with low mood and depression which is getting worse since the kknock and as weeks go by.

Why are we the ones that are in this possition to no fault of our own, yet the ones having to have theopy? I honestly didn't realise how much this can mentally screw you over. I'm an absolute mess most days.

Thanks all.

Gardener, have you tried your GP? They should be able to refer you although I'm not sure what the waiting lists are like. I went private, but I have a friend who works in the counselling business so she was able to organise something for me. About £50 a session.

My gp referred me to mental health nurse, shecwas very concerned so I wasn't waiting too long, about 6 weeks, everything on the NHS needs a push, I've had to fight for everything, on top of all this, I'm. Lucky enough to have 6 weeks free therapy with work too so I'm saving that for court time etc. Please contact your gp before you hit rock bottom, if you're not already there. Take care of yourself it's so unfair the impact this has on us and we've did nothing wrong xx
