So tomorrow is the day we find out what happens to hubby. I am hoping that it can be all sorted in the Magistrates' Court as they have been given wider powers. He is been charged with communication with a minor ( decoy). All divices came back clear and he self reported dispite getting the knock as well. I am hoping for a non custodial sentance but who knows what the outcome is going to be. He is in for 10 am - I hope he comes back home

the case has been moved to the 7 as only 2 courts out of 3 were operational

Now its been moved to the 22 August as the passege to the cells from the court are not mobilty friendly ( hubby has mobilty issues )
The 22 is for a crown venue - i just hope he gets a suspended sentrance
