Hi Everyone. Trying to get through to the helpline, I know its busy etc, but have got through twice in the last 20 mins and both times different people have said that they cant hear me and put the phone straight down, this also happened another time. Absolutely nothing wrong with my phone or any phone calls with anyone else. Not feeling the bullshit today.
I haven't had issues and I rang recently. Are you sure there is enough signal? I have terrible signal and need to move around the house at times
Hi. I have a good signal, however, I did think afterwards that maybe people are working from home. Just feeling so angry frightened all at the same time, I only have certain time frames that I can call and feel that no effort was made to stay on the line, they both hung up nearly straight away. In saying that I called back and myself and my Son spoke to someone for nearly an hour and he was amazing. Sorry for the previous outburst I am very grateful for the helpline.
