Thank you sorry not sure if I wrote it clear.
Hthere saying perverting the cause of justice because he's deleted all the app or somthing . And there sayi g he did this after he was arested .
But he didn't he didn't have any devices ect.
I thought the very in depth search on that they have done for a year would say what's been veiwed when like time date ect . But is doesn't seem to be this way and the pictures the police showed him he had never even seen before

He said the solicitor said he's said gulity from the arrest for iioc he's given all info he's done work with Lucy faithfull he's held a full time job and has 2 kids so he said he's pushing for community order . And he said the other charge there's no proof ect so we will be pleading not guilty b caus ewe havnt held back info or tried to cover it up . So solicitor is certain that won't hold up but you never know I surpose xx

Perverting the court of justice seems a bit far fetched. Destroying and disposing of the phone maybe but there are loads of reasons for deleting apps, including deciding you no longer wish to use it or you felt it was negatively impacting your life - I went through a phase of deleting and re adding social media account apps on my phone in an attempt to look/ use them less.

Perverting the course of justice...talk about having a laugh.....there hoping for a lay down and die case ...that will never stand up in court for deleting app in a million years .
I love the police..talk about trying to rule by fear ..I'll have a pint of what there drinking..unreal...perverting the course of justice....never ..and they know it
Yea he said that he had an email 7 months later saying did he want to up his storage on this app ect and he was shocked though it was decativted already before the knock ect. So he decativted the account 7 months after the knock . He didn't delete any files that was in there ect . So the police are saying he was trying to conseal evidence . Even though he handed over his phone and passwords and users ect when the police came he told them every single thing. Interviewing officer asked and asked he said he had no intention to delete anything he just didn't want an email reminder ect so wanted dthe account deactived . She kept asking in all different ways and trying to trip him up so solicitor said you have asked that and you have your response ect .
Solicitor said it shouldn't stand with the CPS and they will have a hard time proving it . Hopefully anyway :(
She said you had my number you should of called me before you deleted it. I have called everyday like 4 times a day and left messages ect she doesn't answer or reply so there's no need any of getting hold of her anyway . She was only ringing to see were he was ect and keeping me sweet now she doesn't need to answer my calls xxx

XXX I fully understand what you are saying the police will do anything and say anything to try and trip you up its how they work ..yes it's not right..do they care ..not a chance..its a sad situation..we do have a police that think they are something special and dont have to abide by there own rules. It's not going to change any time soon .
