Upskirting and Abuse of position of trust

Hi, I just wondered if anyone had been in the same position as me. My ex husband was a teacher and is being charged with upskirting, making and processing indecent images. I wondered if anyone has any experience of this and can shed some light on whether he might get a custodial or suspended.

I'm sure there was a post by someone who's partner was arrested after taking photos of people in shops - He'd gone out to get something from the supermarket and was arrested. I can't then who it was and I can't seem to find a post about it.
