Hubby has been done on a commutication charge
The question is afterall this is over will he be allowed access to the internet ?

I don't think there are any daft questions when it comes to this, take nothing for granted and make no assumptions.
I believe that they can't now take away all access to Internet as its seem as imperative to be able to live life now days. But his use, as is what he search for, I likely to be checked / monitored, he'll also likely have restrictions that mean he can't have access to file sharing platforms or social media. These are all defined in his SHPO which he will receive upon sentencing.
