I don't know if anyone can help me. The bail conditions for my OH is that he can't stay at home overnight. We are lucky that currently he is staying with my parents. This is month one and I am hoping that when he goes back they will allow him to stay at home. If it becomes a rolling thing, where do we stand with UC, we are currently claiming as a couple. We both work so would not be impacted by the benefits cap if we need to separate our claims
