Hello sorry I didn't even see it first time, I'm so so sorry for your loss I cabt even imagine what your going through rightnow and how angry you must feel. Noone deserves to die for this crime especially if innocent, love how the cops 'closed the case' of course they did wipe their hands of any wrong doing. I'd get a solicitor straight onto it and use all that anger you must feel to fight them. Also why on earth are social services even invved now? Ring famikt rights as they've no right, I want to say a lot of bad words here but I'm. Not allowed I'm fuming for you. My person Allmost died a month back fro. Overdose luckily he was found unconscious but still just about alive. Again I'm so so sorry am here for you xx

I have no advise but wanted to say so sorry for your loss . Can't imagine what you and your family are going through . Shocking the way the police and SS are behaving . xxx

I have no words. I'm so very sorry this has happened to you. I can't even begin to imagine how you feel, I have a sickness in the pit of my stomach. The world needs to know about this, the process is so wrong and unfortunately this isn't the first and won't be the last case which ends with suicide. I'm devastated for you and your children. If there is anything you need please let us know xxx

I don't particularly want to talk about the ins and outs but just in case it may help I feel I need to.... The photo of him holding his email address may be due to being a part of a group on Kik - this photo may not even be him or the group may have been for something not related to iioc. My partner was in a group on Kik which was specifically for over 18's and had no relation to iioc and he said you had to send a photo of yourself to the admin to confirm it was truly you so I'm just sharing this to try and give some kind of idea as to what the Police may be referring to but please look into it further when you have strength because that is absolutely not enough evidence to suggest wrongdoing, there's many groups on Kik and many people use it for non-sinister reasons xx

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Contact a solicitor to investigate further and hopefully get the answers you need. As already suggested contact the family rights group for advice on SS who are way out of line for the way they have treated you. Have they given a reason for leaving your child on the register? I am so very sorry for what has happened to you it is truly shocking. We had something similar happen also kik related but we received all devices back clear after five months. My partner also maintained his innocence and later told me he was very suicidal just after the search of our home so this is so very upsetting to hear. You absolutely deserve answers. We never got any as we were told the only way to do it would be to issue a court order for the original information which would risk media attention.



I wonder how often mistakes are made and whether it is kik or the police not investigating correctly. A specialist solicitor told me it happens a lot more than you would think. There is something very wrong about this and the lives destroyed in the process.

I am sorry that I don't have much advice. Other than surround yourself with the right people and take care of yourself. You have taken a very brave first step of reaching out on here.

I am shocked to hear how the ss and police have behaved. The more I learn about the way the system works, the more appalled I am. There is no support from the police or empathy for the families, friends and partners on the other side.

I am positive someone will be able to help you and I really hope you find the answers you need.

Try and take everything one day at a time, and if you feel frustrated like you aren't getting anywhere, take a step back, even if it's just for a few days. Take care of yourself. Sending so much love x

So very sorry Hell. This all sounds do appalling I would imagine there will be a coroner's inquest which should look at factors involved, this might begin the process of shedding light on things and coroner's will often comment where they feel services have failed in their duties. I just thought I would mention it. But at the moment this is a lot to take in for you and you are going to need all your strength to manage day to day life. I really hope you get good advice and support.
