Frustrated!!

So my hubby had his magistrates appearance May 19th. He pleaded guilty.
He had his PSR weeks ago. But solicitor hasn't had it. So although he spent the last 2 weeks on the warned list - he wasn't called apparently because they hadn't had this arrive.
He was told Friday he would start the next 2 weeks on the warned list from the 25th July. Now today we have heard that the person who did his PSR interview has gone off sick and so hubby now has to do it AGAIN! He went through so much stuff and was really emotional for him and now he has to do it again.
To make things worse he is now off the next warned list and he isn't going onto until 30th august! Over 3 months after plea hearing. How ridiculous!!
we have asked solicitor if they can get him a definite date now as he is in full time work so it's ridiculous that he won't get the notice to tell work anyway

Aw sorry scaredlamb, that's terrible. Push solicitors to secure a date, push the job and mental health reasons x
Update!
Solicitor has been able to secure an actual date rather than warned list. 1st September.
Ok now to get sorted.
