Hi,
so my partner was sentenced for all catagory images possession and distribution. The knock happened when I was around 20 weeks pregnant. He was living with me and was at the birth. He then had to leave the home when she was born and was allowed 2 hours twice a week by social services to see her. He was sentenced in February and is due to be out the same time next year. Social services have basically said they don't want a sex offender in the home with our child and they are questioning my ability to protect her as well as thinking I will put the relationship before her. I am fully aware of potential risks. They're just making me feel like I'm a child. His probation and key worker believe that he is doing really well in prison and there is potential for him coming back home. It's just the social services.

His conditions are that he can reside with children. He just has to inform the police. The ss aren't helping in terms of giving me support to prove that I can protect our child. I don't know my rights really.

Had to come in on this as my ex has what I think you mean on his sor documents. He has to inform police within 24 hours if he spends more than 12 hours in a residence with a child or children. Is this what you mean? Nothing on shpo restricting physically being around children all about internet restrictions xx
