Hey all, I don't post much so quick recap on my story. Partner arrested march 2021, out on bail with conditions, second interview and charges nov2021, charges 1- sexual communication with 14-16 year old, 2-a pic of him naked that wcharge was contested as it was never sent on chat just to me, 3 - grooming. We are going to Co test this also as he said he never arranged to meet, they contacted him first a few times and it went downhill very quickly, the idiot gave his own name and age. Fast forward 2 months ago he attempted suicide, almost successful, mental health nurse interrogated him, took him in and out of room with a student who he never git asked permission. He was still in a very bad place, so mh nurse twisted everything he said and said he still lived with me my daughter and dons (my sons are aduuts and have lived out) ss on phone to me, after a whole case closed. His sister took all his stuff from fkat while he was in hospital as he was made homeless (sake of flqt) refused to give him it back and smashed his phone. So barrister called has badgered and badgered for evidence, still being stonewallec so 2nd complaint to ombudsman. He's in mh hostel and has an amazing social worker fighting fur him mh now of course has gone off 'sick' and whole investigation launched. Ss turned up at his sisters door to ask for stuff she wants a solicitor lol (all he wants is his stuff). So apparently he's still on bail??? Barrister ask fir bail sheet, csyine wallecahsin but she has his copy and urs a mess. Sorry for rant but needed to get it out I don't have any support x

It was police who set bail. on the bail sheet there's a box ticked saying he resisted arrest (he didn't I was there he went very quietly). He's got a social worker, who is for him, because of his mental health, housing etc. Must say she's very good, not judgemental and gunning for that mh nurse and his sister. So, sister sti hasn't given stuff back, so next step is police, he was trying to do it amicable and properly. She also wasn't impressed at how I got questioned by ss because of mh nurse, she only took nurses word and never spoke to my person or me before accusing us. So she made a compl3thete too. Sorry I was just ranting, so much has happened to the poor guy, I mean he did something terrible yes, but he doesn't deserve this treatment. Also wanted to k ow what the term 'grooming' actually is? Is it taking about meeting? Or talking kids into saying or doing stuff online? ( I feel sick writing that I have a daughter)

No Lee they still hvnt sent over evidence, charges where made in Nov barrister is badgering them and is fuming. He I ky Co tested the pic charge but he said no arrangement or talking about meeting at all, but guess I'll know for sure as he's given me full disclosure. Also police rang him in Nov b4 second interview and keot saying they couldn't find chat on his phone, but they do obviously have chat from decoy. Solicitor then asked at time if they have evidence that pic is connected to chat and they said 'no comment'. It's a bloody nightmare like how hard is is to send evidence to barrister it's been 8 months. Thanks Lee

Chat was on a comic forem (he's a big geek)! Can't remember the name, yes that's exactly what they want him to do Lee, was a court date fir last month and still no evidence, I honestly thi k they are oundjing him for contesting

They have evidence of their saude of chat (decoy) and thatrs it, I k ow its enough for one of the charges but not sure about the others?

No, no evidence has been sent, just the evidence he was shown in police station, the pic wasn't in those and they were asked by solicitor whrer the pic was in chat they couldn't answer. I thj k they thought he was just gonna take it if I'm honest. Even the barrister is baffled she's had to get advice from the bar how to go forward from here to actually get full evidence off them

Lee we definitely do have a fight and we are gonna win it, even barrister said that too, she's thinking tribunal if she doesn't hear back this week, thank god for the information in this forem.
