Do I call SW?

Hi All
We are due our second visit from SW as part of the CPP around Friday. The SW has not been in contact to arrange a time and day, I haven't actually heard from her since the last visit. I will be working from Friday through to Wednesday and have plans with the kids fir the other days (my mummy guilt is making me spoil them during the school holidays).
Shall I contact the SW so I seem like I'm working with her or is it down to her to get in contact with me and arrange a time? I know they can do spot visits so not sure how it works.

That's my feelings too, just didn't want to be seen as uncooperative.
