I'm looking at buying a new home, I've seen a house I like but it's 4 minutes walk from a school. It doesn't over look the school, the school cannot be seen from the house. What are the chances of this being rejected as an approved premise?

I'm trying hard at the moment to move forward with my life and make choices that are right for me and that won't lead to any resentment or regrets. The move is predominantly for me but when my person is released and if I still feel how I currently feel, I'd ideally like it if he could stay with me, but I have concerns the house won't be approved.

I understand they can't make you move from somewhere you already live. He wouldn't have lived there before obviously. He will be "homeless" when he leave prison as he's sold his house.

Thank you. I'll contact the charities mentioned for their advise. It's so hard when there are no set guidelines (other than the one that Lee has mentioned). Are there any others?

He was in the media. The other house is an hour away from where he lived. We don't really know whether that's far enough to avoid being recognised - I don't think I'd recognise people I've seen in my paper, even if they were in my town, unless I knew or them before, but I've read of it in here.

feel in such limbo. I feel like I need to find a house with literally no other houses or buildings close by and then I imagine they'd complain he was too off grid.
