Hi everyone

I haven't really used to post other than once but get through the days reading others posts.

Just when I thought I was having a better day my husband had a phone call this morning regarding a second interview I just wondered what happens with this can they arrest him there and then or is it just explaining what's been found and then waiting on CPS?

My anxiety is through the roof and all I can think about is explaining to my 1 and 3 year old that there daddy has suddenly disappeared from their lives

My OH had his 2 weeks ago. Just went through what was found on the phone. Took solicitors advise to read prepared statement, now the case is with CPS awaiting charging decision.

He said it went much better than expected but each case is different.

Thanks both. His already rung his solicitor and his organising the date. My husband spoke to women in charge but she just said it would be discussed Whist there that was it. His extension is meant to run out start of September and she said she wanted to try and do it before that I don't see what difference that will have

Does that mean it would just be seen as wait as long as it takes then my husband isn't allowed to stay at the home address I'm guessing that will still be the same if no extension is needed. They do anything for a easy life.

My OH no longer has bail conditions because SS restrictions are greater.

My partner had his second interview last week. He was told about the catagories and exact amount of images in each catagory that were found and what the police were sending over to CPS. He was asked about a few of the images/videos and was given examples of what was found (which he found incredibly difficult as they explained in a lot of detail) They explained what was going to happen next (it was being passed to CPS that day) and roughly how long of a wait to expect. He was only at the station for an hour so it was all over quite quickly. Just make sure his solicitor is present. My partners was contacted even before he was so it was already arranged.

Yes hopefully luckily my husband's aren't too restricting in terms of our boys so at least they still get too see him

The OIC told us that bail was not extended because SS put in the CPP. Then when the SW came to the house she said that there was no "legal reason" for there to be no contact between OH & kids in the house, its just a "recommendation".

I'm sure they are just trying to trip us up. We're going along with it because I can't cope with the thought of being taking to court for being an uncooperative mum and not be seen as a protective factor.
