Evening All,
Today me and my daughter went to a friend's memorial service , her 24 year old daughter took her own life 6 weeks ago , they diddnt have a funeral because it would have been to devastating for them all, so today was for her x her mum.is so strong and she is aware of our situation but yet she thinks we are so much stronger
We got home and my son phoned , he is here and he is ok so I am grateful, he got his meds on Monday so hopefully he will be ok , honestly Mums I don't know how we do it we keep going even though it's a tough journey just wanted to send hugs to you all xx

This journey is so difficult but our sons are still here and believe me I am so grateful for every day that goes by that he is still here:-( xx

Such a sad situation for your friend losing a beautiful daughter .
There are so many people having to undertake difficult journeys for no fault of their own. My thoughts are with your friend and for both you and smile, supporting your sons in prison. Kate I ditto your sentiments and give thoughts and support to all mums going through this and for those yet to receive the knock because there sadly will be more . I wish we had the power to stop the abuse and individuals falling foul to this offence. But its so tabboo how can it be spoken of openly :(

Eldest son is on his meds now and he actually took our dog out for a walk earlier, first time he has been outside since last week, the crisis team have been really good so small steps but he is ok x
My other son phoned earlier he is ok had a busy week which is good, his meds are starting to make him a bit more settled in his mindset so all in all a much better week x
Work has been busy so has helped me enormously

Hi Upset - that's good news - excellent......
I'm ok - keeping myself occupied. As for me lad, he's ok, missed work but he's been out a lot. Told me he's now on the 'trusted' group and works near the open prison gate!
He's seems in good form x
