I'm sorry you're going through this. I don't really have much advice in this instance other than you're not alone. It's really tough going through this. I didn't go to any of my partner's court appearances (awaiting trial now) for the same reasons as well as wanting to distance myself from it. Is there any chance he may be innocent or are you preparing for sentencing? I'm not sure of your position financially but are there any grants from the council you may be entitled to with the cost of living if you claim any benefits? Contact the council to claim single persons discount on your council tax. I know some councils are doing that but I'm not very clued up on help. Xx
