Struggling/worried about future etc etc

Hi all, magistrates Thursday and terrified. Should be a happy day getting sons GCSEs :(
I'm so worried he will go jail once it goes crown, petrified of the media and don't think I'm strong enough to have social services come back into our lives.
Some days I think I'm strong enough and can cope with the restrictions, people knowing and fighting social again or living with him in prison but these last few im just struggling so much. Its such hard work just to function.
I hate the unknown, I hate people are going to judge me, I hate it all.

Sorry to hear your struggerling . I have no advise just I feel the same :( I don't have a court date yet so I'm dreading the lead up I asume it's so scary . I'm struggling with all the same thoughts as you. I really don't see how things can be okay or normal or better . But I bloody hope it is okay and we all get though . Sending hugs and I really hope you get the best outcome on Thursday xxx

I have been connecting with Lucy faithful through the live chat and it's helped me a lot.
I'm also beginning therapy for myself this week. It has taken 6 months for me to do something for myself in this situation and I honestly feel a little stronger for it. There is so much still to go through but i feel like I'm getting my armour on..

I really do think it's the media and social services that make this the hardest journey.
