Early days

Hi. This is day 3. Yesterday I was feeling pretty level headed and had my practical head on - dealing with one thing at a time, that kind of thing. But today I just feel panicky. Anyone got any tips for getting through the early days?
Blossom, I am so sorry that you find yourself here, but you are in the right place.
I am relatively new in comparison to many on this forum, just 2 months in. The forum has been like life support for me.
Continue to come back, ask advice, just rant if needed and read as much as you feel able.
Most of all, look after yourself first and foremost x

Early days are the hardest I was so up and down, still am really but it does get easier. I keot busy, I went on long walks too which really helped and tired me out too so I'd sleep some at least. Get some help from anyone, call gp or helpline at stop it. Keep trying if you can't get through. I fiubd it difficult to say it all out loud and go over but after it was a relief, so when your ready please reach out to professionals or to us as much as you want. We all understand and have been there. Xx
