Charges have been emailed to his solicitor he has to go and meet the police woman to get them in person . 5 charges iioc a b c /possession and extrem images . What happens now :(
They didn't go ahead with the proverting the cause of justice which is a relief but by some miracle I was just hoping they would drop it or less charges
Yes I think so . He's told me everything he knows ect . Just hoping it's not going to be another year because I can't take anymore . Xx
O no I havnt had that I've seen the emails from police and solicitor but we havnt had much contact at all xx
Okay yea I will do , I'll speak to him tomorrow . What other shocks can there be if there the charges ? The solicitor doesn't say much maybe he will more now the charges have been sent xx
Okay thank you . Yes I will . I was thinking when will they get involved again after sentencing ect . Do you think it will be long now ? Or are we likely to be in court in the next few months cx

I hope you're doing ok. We wait for charges (or deep down hope it will be NFA) and then when those charges land it feels like the knock all over again! I spent about 3 days doing very little and letting it all sink in, mine came just before Xmas so kind of ruined that for us! It all feels very raw at the moment but now is the time for the solicitor to go through the evidence and try and mitigate anything they can. Big hugs xxxxx

Thank you baffled I hope the solicitor isn't useless he neve seems to say anything . Yes I was praying for nfa but new I was being silly . I can't imagine what going to happen and telling my family ect I just want to lock myself away . Have you have your courtn dates ect? I'm wondering how long it's going to be now :( xxx
It's hard for them to say much prior to getting the full evidence as they have little to go off so hopefully they will be more engaged once the evidence from the CPS has been released, call the CPS and request they send it across ASAP if they haven't already done so, there is a myth around this that they only send it 5 days before court. He had his first court appearance at magistrates around 6 weeks after charges which I believe is the standard so hopefully you will know soon. It's very overwhelming thinking about what you will say but you can put whatever spin on it you like. I've already planned what I will say if the worst comes to the worst. Anyone who doesn't support me can get stood on :). It's a really horrible time and I hope there's some good to come out of this for you xxx
Thank you he's got to collect the charges in person on Friday . Everything's just going wrong latley no money worry of all this how can I sell the house with no money to move everythings just spinning . He's been charged for an extream image that was from 5 years ongo on my log in on the computer . He said he's never seen it before it was a rude cartoon thing or something but just sed it must be him not me so I wasn't in trouble . Solicitor said to send him a picture of the charge sheet when he goes to collect it . Also sed he needs to pay £600 unless her qualifies for legal aid . He lost his job that day so I asume he can get legal aid xxx
