Well... the time has come.

Tonight we prepare anything that is left to do. And we just hold each other a little tighter.

Not sure what time yet tomorrow. But I will update here as soon as I know the outcome and am able to. I know how important it is to everyone to see outcomes.

Biggest concern at the moment is solicitor still hasn't received PSR. They have chases and chased. We have had so many issues with this PSR. They have said they will go ahead tomorrow without it if needed. But that frightens me.

Hopefully it's done and we see it tomorrow.

Just praying I bring him home. Anything else I can cope with.

Hi Lee

Yes we actually got that at the plea hearing!
Mainly it's no deleting history and informing of new devises. It does have on there about supervised with under 16 then parents have to know and unsupervised then parents and social services.
we are however going to challenge that and see if we can have it removed - if not have the wording specifically mention it doesn't include our daughter (which they don't think it does anyway - but I want it in black and white).

Hi everyone.

here's the outcome:

12 months suspended for 24 months

3 months curfew (tagged at home only midnight to 5am)

120 hours unpaid work

Horizon course

60 hours probabtion work

some fines (around £400 total - 2 months to pay)

10 years SOR. 10 years SHPO (they wouldn't remove the clause about no unsupervised with under 16s but have specified it doesn't include our daughter)

Judge read everything - all the reports, all the letters he was very complimentary of the work Hubby has done and very complimentary of me.

(for those new to my story this is 2 x communication with decoy including attempting to engage in sexual activity in presence of a child)

Judge downgraded from 4 charges to 2 with aggravation of a second victim. Made it very clear that if it wasn't for the work we have done and the support he has that it would have been custodial.

The only thing I care about- Hubby is coming home and our baby girl gets her daddy home. He has lived at home throughout.

Only issue is he isn't feeling well and we have ended up in A&E as he was sick on the way home and passed out hitting his head on the car door! He's ok. We are just happy we will be going home together.

Thank you all for your continued support

I am so glad you got the outcome you wanted, that he is gone with you and your daughter. I can imagine it's been a awful time and I hope that you can both spend time decompressing.

Thinking of you all

Sounds like a similar outcome to my partner, except the SHPO condition was not changed to exclude his children (we were told he can look to have it removed another time and wasn't for the judge on the day to decide)....

But I hope it feels like a chapter ended and now onto the new day and future.
