Oh Polly, you're not made of fear. You are so incredibly brave. None of us asked for this and aside from the forums we find there is no support for us. We are the ones just doing our best to survive and then somehow once we've survived that particular phase we become the voice of support and experience for those people who find themselves at the beginning of their journey. We are the voice for families in the future not just our own but those who we help on here and those who are dealt with by the same sw if we've managed to educate them xx
I owe so much to this forum and my new set of friends that have supported me through so much. Yes WE are an amazing bunch of brave people!
Polly, I know that feeling, it's what I felt yesterday.
This may be the club that no one wanted to join, but it is the sisterhood that we can all be most proud of. Though we would not know each other if we crossed paths on the street, we are all there for each other.

Your quote, so poignant and so true what a wonderful verse and your reply to polly put so eloquently. Out of something so traumatising we do become the empathisers, educators and supporters and help those through this difficult journey .
