2 years later my family are struggling massively , my dad was charged in 2020. It gets worse it does not get better. my sister has 2 small children and can't cope with the unresolved trauma and my mum is the same .. please can someone recommend a trained professional counsellor ? My whole family are losing their minds and I don't know where to start to get them help. we have no one to talk to as no one knows. there is no support for the aftermath, for the depression, anxiety, and complete loneliness that comes with the carrying this every day.

Face to face for counselling only in north west.

Hello Luis.

If you ring the helpline they can be of great support to you and your family.

Stop So is also a very good place to start looking for a therapist. They will match you with someone, however not every therapist is back to face to face clients yet so it will probably vary.

You can also self refer to your local NHS mental health service - if you google it it should come up.

I hope you can find some help from these places.
