No, the lowest category is C and for it to be classes as iioc they would be sexulised some how. Such as provocative poses, sexy underwear etc

Not to worry you, but thought to give a heads up. If there are devices found with iioc they are likely to be destroyed. If there are family photos not backed up elsewhere but you wa t to get photos and files back a request to the courts is needed to retrieve them before the device is destroyed.

Te fee varies but my partner managed to get this arrnaged as it was the family computer that was removed and was due to destroyed with some of the only photos of kids when very little.

Thank you for asking that question as I've always wondered as I've done the same, that makes me feel a whole lot better and thank u to those who have explained and about the context about photos like that.

Maybe too much info but I too asked this about my baby but also about myself!! Might give some of you a little smile though... haha



Me and my person would, way back in the day before having kiddies, often send saucy and quite frankly extremely explicit pictures or videos, especially when he was working away! Also messing around with the camera in the bedroom for our own personal use... That was just the type of people we were haha

I was and still am mortified that the OIC is looking through all my persons pictures and will see ALL OF THEM. I will never forgive my person for that, however - the OIC did say that he will use his judgement and would hope that anything of me would be obviously legal! If I don't laugh about it I Will cry of shame! If they added all of my naughty pics onto the count it would probably be double!!



Also I'll add - me and my person dated for a while back in school (like 15-18year olds) and my persons entire history of his cloud has been looked through... it dates back over 12 years ago and there would most definitely include some dodgy webcam selfies I'd have sent being a naive 15 year old myself. I also asked about this as I was just curious as whether these would count as an offence. There wasn't really an answer but they did say they'd take context and times into consideration. I just didn't worry about this as I thought the handful of images I may have sent to him as a teen wouldn't really contribute to much after whatever else they find...



But gosh, how will I ever be able to look the OIC in the face again if I ever see him - I'm quite a confident girl and am laughing it off but I cant help but feel a bit like the poor victims in the pictures at the same time, how they must feel when they get told their teenage selfies have gotten into the wrong hands... mortified!

We asked my oh visor this question, she said 'you can have as many photos of your daughter on your phone as you like, in a nappy, in the bath' having family photos is different to iioc, as lost said they have to be posing/sexually intent.

I also had images we sent to eachother on his phone. I felt violated at the start but now I couldn't give a rats ass. They even put a charge on him in one of the naked pics he sent me. They trued to craic it was on the chat. It wasn't and they have no proof so we are fighting that charge. Just be very careful xx
