So in July we're told by the police NFA . Although there was a conversation happened in a chat room that was deemed inappropriate it didn't meet any criteria to be prosecuted for . Social took 3 weeks to contact us and eventually visited and said that they would be passing the case onto next level for risk assessment and review . I was prepared for this as had done my research . However 7 weeks later and nothing - despite chasing and email I have had one response saying sorry was I leave and needed to talk to their line manager will be in touch and still nothing. Have chased and copied in their line manager and no response . Am I supposed to just sit and wait for them to do their thing whenever their ready - in the meantime our lives continue to be on hold and my husband in the restrictions we agreed back in March - appreciate their all voluntary but been advised not to upset them so not sure what I can do now ?
