Ss called my daughter today she told them that she would not be having any further contact with my ex she loved him more than her biological dad. They asked what contact my granddaughter had had and was she ever left alone with him ect. My daughter said they sounded relieved when she told them I had left the home and they would not be going back there again. Ss told her it must be serious if they have arrested him . Why do they do that. I tried to tell her that they don't always have the correct information ect but she is too upset to listen to what I have to say. Hopefully my son will be more understanding as I'm sure I will be hearing from him soon.

SS can be really shitty with these cases. The day my partner was arrested SS contacted a member of our family who's child had regularly stayed over at our house. SS told them about my partner being arrested and that iioc had been found on his phone (at this point no one knew how many or which catagories) when the family member tried to stick up for my partner and say that he would never hurt her child and that whatever he'd looked at online it wouldn't have been done maliciously with malicious intent. The SS worker laughed and said "Hmm well I wouldn't be so sure". At this point my partner hadn't even been interviewed. Luckily my family member didn't take any notice of the person on the phone and has stuck by my partner. SS always try to make things harder.
