19 months from evidence being submitted to CPS to a decision on charges? Why so long?
I have been waiting 14 weeks for the decision on my Ex after an on/off-going investigation since 2019!! So stressed about this bit :(

Hi, police advised my partner it would be anywhere from 1-2 months but most likely 2 months for his sort of case. He's said in some instances it's even been 3 months. We're past the 1 month point now so expecting the charges at anytime. Constantly waiting for the mail each day.
